Detailed guidelines covering the dryer vent cleaning services from Wisco Vents LLC

Wisco Vents LLC Terms of Service — Dryer Vent Cleaning Services These Terms govern all dryer vent cleaning and related services provided by Wisco Vents LLC to the Customer. By scheduling or accepting the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided. Wisco Vents LLC provides dryer vent inspection, cleaning, and related maintenance services at the location specified by the Customer. The scope of work for each visit will be as described in the service estimate, invoice, or work order provided to the Customer.

Scheduling

2. Scheduling and Access. Customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the dryer, vent system, and any areas needed to complete the Services, including access to attics, crawl spaces, roofs, or exterior vent terminations where applicable.

Access

If access cannot be safely obtained, Wisco Vents LLC reserves the right to reschedule, modify the scope of work, or decline service, and a trip or cancellation fee may apply.

Responsibilities

3. Customer Responsibilities and Representations. Customer represents that they are the owner of the property or have the property owner's authorization to request the Services. Customer agrees to disclose any known issues with the dryer, venting system, electrical connections, gas lines, or structure that may affect the safety or scope of the work prior to the start of service.

Payment

4. Payment Terms. Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Wisco Vents LLC accepts the payment methods disclosed at the time of booking. Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees and may result in suspension of future scheduling until the account is brought current.

Liability Limitation

6. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISCO VENTS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO THE DRYER, VENTING SYSTEM, DUCTWORK, WALLS, CEILINGS, ROOFING, LANDSCAPING, OR OTHER PROPERTY, WHETHER PRE-EXISTING OR ARISING DURING OR AFTER SERVICE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF WISCO VENTS LLC. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT DRYER VENT SYSTEMS MAY BE AGED, DAMAGED, OR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED PRIOR TO SERVICE, AND WISCO VENTS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM SUCH CONDITIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WISCO VENTS LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Warranty Disclaimer

7. No Warranty. Except as expressly stated in writing, the Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Wisco Vents LLC does not guarantee that cleaning will resolve all airflow, drying performance, or safety issues where they result from causes outside the scope of the Services performed, such as duct length, design, or damage not disclosed prior to service.

Indemnification

8. Indemnification. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wisco Vents LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from inaccurate information provided by Customer, undisclosed property conditions, or Customer's failure to comply with these Terms.

Insurance

9. Insurance. Wisco Vents LLC maintains general liability insurance as required by applicable Wisconsin law. Certificates of insurance are available upon reasonable request.

Legal Venue

10. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

Severability

11. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Full Agreement

12. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any signed estimate or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between Customer and Wisco Vents LLC regarding the Services and supersede any prior oral or written agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Terms Updates

13. Changes to These Terms. Wisco Vents LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time Services are scheduled will apply to that engagement.
